Deliveries

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18.

Guarantee

All Premium Beds products have a standard 12 month guarantee. Your guarantee will be included with your mattress. Please read it carefully - it provides tips to help you care for your mattress and it provides you with a record of the date of manufacture.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery Premium Beds reserve the right to repair, replace or refund the damaged item. To do so we require notification of any defect within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you. In addition we will require details of the fault, order number and delivery details.

We reserve the right to inspect all faulty products, for any reason, prior to agreeing to any part or full refund or any exchange.

Missing items from your order

On delivery - should an item be missed or appear not delivered then you must notify us within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery. On assembly - should a part appear missing form an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing. On both the above instances goods will be despatched asap.

Returns policy for faulty goods

Damages: Must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods.

Under Guarantee: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Not under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. There will be a charge for this service based upon the value of your goods ordered.

Changing or cancelling orders

In the first instance call us with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a handling charge based upon the value of your goods. Changed / cancelled items must be returned in their original packaging.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Privacy policy

We do not pass on the information you provide us with to any third party. We will use your contact details only to confirm delivery.
